2016, what a year!

So we finally reached the end of the year.

Another year over and another year to conquer.

I can’t believe how fast this year has gone by but least to say, a lot of amazing things hasĀ happened.

I thought I would just take this time to look back at the year and highlight some of the many things I am thankful and grateful for.

It’s not all about the presents

One more week till Christmas!!

Seriously, this year has just zoomed past too quickly. I feel like we just celebrated Christmas yesterday but here we are about to celebrate another one. I’m not complaining though since I love Christmas! šŸ˜‰

Missing out on the present

A lot of the time when you look up, all you see are heads looking down on their phones or straight into their computer screens.

A lot of the time, you miss out on the beauty of whats around by being locked to these screens.

A lot of the time, you miss out on a good conversation because you are preoccupied with these screens

A lot of the time, you miss out on the good company you have because your screen screams for your attention.

Wedding planning: Themes

As a little girl, I always wondered and imagined what my wedding day would be like. I haven’t been to many weddings at all but I always loved watching wedding videos online and see the different kind of weddings and what type of themes and decor people would do.

Visiting Hobbits

10 years in this beautiful country, where all the magic of hobbits, wizards, elves and dwarfs were brought to life and only did I get to visit this well known “Hobbiton” last August.

As you walk through those same gates that Bilbo Baggins runs through in the movie, you automatically enter a whole new world. Hobbit holes everywhere, clothing lines with clothes drying, a vegetable garden, fire coming out of the chimneys. The place is lively as it can get!
