Monthly Goal: November

And here we are once more, with the start of another month. I really can’t get over the fact that 2016 is coming to an end in a month’s time and oh, Christmas is just around the corner too.

As you all know, another month means another goal to work towards!

Before I go further, let’s just reflect on what we worked on last month.

How’d you all go?

Well for me, I have to say, I did pretty well with beating my alarm clock. It wasn’t easy but I was able to do it and pull myself out of bed. I have to admit, however, this last week I haven’t been able to beat my alarm clock. I don’t know what it is but maybe my body is just saying I need a bit more rest. I won’t let this week bring me down though and go back to old habits, so will definitely continue to work on this.

Onto November’s goal.

To complain less.

Whether it’s about how tired I am or how I don’t like doing something or the heat or the weather. Just complaining about anything, I will try and lessen.

Like come on, who likes hearing people complain every so often? I know, I don’t, so why not start with myself.

I decided that when I start to complain or find myself complaining, to stop then and there and just offer it up for something. Whether it be for a friend who might be struggling on something, or for someone you know is sick or for a friend that might be going through an exam that week.

Turn that negative complaining into something fruitful.

I challenge you to give it a go and see what difference it makes to your outlook of day to day things.

We can do this!
