Monthly goals

I decided that during the beginning of each month, I will set a goal that I want to work on. This could be anything from eating healthier, doing exercises or even reading a book.

With this idea, I thought that it would help me be able to really focus on things that I really want to accomplish or do but not get to do due to the busy-ness of life.

By then end of the month, I will do a review to just share my experience of how it went, what struggles I faced, if I need to change my tactics in accomplishing it or if I even accomplished the goal!

So for the month of February my goal is to be able to go on walks at least 3 times a week.

Yes, some of you may be like, that’s not hard… Well, it is for me!

Physical activity and me are not the bestest of friends. As much as I want to be fit and healthy, I just cant get myself to do it. It’s probably out of laziness and pretty much lack of commitment to do it but that is going to change now.

By the end of this month, I am hoping that this will now be another activity that is part of my daily routine and be easier for me to go and do. This is definitely something I want to be able to continue on for the rest of my life.
